Cloning repository that has the input files, scripts, and results of runs

The clone can be called anything you desire, but it shall be referred to as the 2__runs_and_data directory in other wiki pages. This link goes to the http browser of the repository. Copy the URL and paste it into the shell command:

 > hg clone <paste URL here>

Many of the applications require configuration files or data files as input. They also may produce results used in the papers. Also, scripts may be required to post-process the results. All of this can be found in a single repository, called "2__runs_and_data". It is large, and may take some time to clone.
